Natural Club’s music has been defined as acoustic-soul. The repertoire is made up of songs which, from the 70’ies on, have been standing as flags for funk, soul and R’n B music. The bands’ peculiarity lies in the choice of the songs’ arrangements, standing always on the border line among jazz, soul, gospel and afrocuban rhythms. The artists covered are music icons such as Bill Withers, Amos Lee, India Arie, Jamiroquai, Diane Schurr, Sting, Eva Cassidy, Sagi rei, Noa, Ray Charles, Grandfunk Railroad, and so on…
Laura Rosetti – lead vocals:
She has been studying vocals since the age of 16, first with Elena Poletti and afterwards with Martina Grassi at Ravenna’s Mama’s Music School. Devoted to soul and gospel music, she deepened her studies in this direction with afroamerican dancer, singer and coreographer Will Robertson, who played a major role in her artistic and musical growth. She has collaborated, among others, with such artists as Will Robertson, Vonn Washington, Cheryl Porter and Teo Ciavarella.
Francesco Laghi – acoustic guitar, live looping & backing vocals:
he studied both folk and electric giutar with Rolando Guerrini, Gabriele Bombardini, Alessandro Lapia, Donato Begotti and Scott Henderson. With Bonus Track Band, now The Twister Band, he took part at the Ravenna Blues Festival and acted live on stage at Pistoia Blues Festival 2005 as a winner of the OB contest - Obiettivo Blues In at the renown club Naima Club of Forlì.
